HALL OF FAME
We know there are 200+ successful apprentices who come from non-traditional backgrounds already working in the technology industry in the United States today. Because of their software engineering apprenticeship, they were offered a short term set of projects to learn the technology better, to develop and hone their skills in a real life environment, and to decide whether or not their host company was a place they wanted to invest for their long term career - just like university graduates in internships.
We believe all early career candidates deserve this kind of investment and choice offered by companies, regardless of their educational background. We aim to showcase as many of these stories and successes as we can - to inspire you to keep going and finish your technical training or to make sure you keep bringing up in meetings and asking for budget to launch your pilot apprenticeship program.
